Ich muss hier wirklich mal ein Lob hinterlassen. Ich tat mich sehr schwer, über das Internet solche Artikel zu ordern (von einer heilen Versendung der Artikel kann man ja nicht ausgehen bei Keramik). Aber es hat alles ganz hervorragend funktioniert. Ich habe mich von Bekannten dazu bewegen lassen ? und kann nur sagen: ich bin sehr froh. Denn so konnten meine Frau und ich uns die Wunschartikel zu einem sensationellen Preis bestellen und es ist wirklich alles perfekt verpackt bei uns angekommen.
General advice:
- Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Germany. After a personal agreement, we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our premises.
- If you collect the goods, you can pay in our store with cash or with an EC cash card.
- Please be aware that a deposit has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.

Please be aware that when paying outstanding payments via cash on delivery that the maximum cash on delivery value of €3,000 is not exceeded. Should the balance be higher then the difference must be paid latest before the goods leave our site. - cash on delivery
Payment via cash on delivery is only applicable within Germany and only for stock items which are additionally marked with "cash on delivery". Furthermore to pay with cash on delivery, ALL items on the order must be applicable for cash on delivery i.e. fulfil the previously mentioned criteria.
A forwarding fee of 2.00 Euros will be charged by the delivery service DHL (not charged if the parcel cannot be delivered) which the customer has to pay directly to the delivery service. - credit card

The easy-care, glazed steel surface is coated with an additional water and dirt repelling shield. This premium coating minimises lime-scale and dirt deposits. Even small water droplets can leave lime-scale; the surface should therefore be cleaned regularly with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth and not with an abrasive agent.
